24-Hour Full Refund Window: After purchasing any of our services (e.g., Ghostwriting, Global Publishing, Book Editing, Book Design, or Book Marketing), you have a 24-hour period to request a full refund. If you exceed this 24-hour window, no refund will be issued.

Satisfaction-Based Exception: In the rare instance you are not entirely satisfied with the final delivered product, and after an internal review/investigation with our publishing team, we may grant a full refund at our sole discretion. This exception does not extend to eBooks or Self-Publishing Course memberships.

3. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances. Once the 24-hour window has passed, we consider the service to be in progress and non-refundable.

4. eBook Purchases

No Refunds: All eBook purchases are final, as the product is delivered immediately upon purchase.

5. Self-Publishing Courses/Memberships

No Refunds: Once you purchase a course or membership (starting at $99/month), you receive instant access. Consequently, no refunds can be issued for these products.
